1、軍事模型噴漆作業(yè)時保持良好的通風(fēng)條件

有條件的可以裝一個強力的吸氣/排風(fēng)扇，吸走那些有害的有機溶劑煙霧。但是其實效果好卻是簡單，那就是是開窗保持通風(fēng)，并且注意不要讓含溶劑氣味的風(fēng)倒吹會室內(nèi)，盡量在下風(fēng)口進(jìn)行油漆作業(yè)。

2，噴漆作業(yè)完畢后，要繼續(xù)開窗通風(fēng)半小時以上再關(guān)窗

因為家中的織物都有吸附微小有機氣體分子的作用，因此如果軍事模型噴漆作業(yè)完畢后立刻關(guān)窗，則這些顆粒仍然保留在室內(nèi)。因此要繼續(xù)通風(fēng)半小時以上，讓這部分有機氣體分子也散發(fā)到室外去。

3，加強自我防護(hù)

3M系列的防毒面具，效果非常好，基本上聞不到油漆的味道。如果使用便宜的勞防防毒面具，一則密封性比較差，二則里面的藥劑很快就失效了。

是用來擦拭多余溶劑的餐巾紙。

因為餐巾紙表面積很大，雖然因此可以很容易擦去多余的溶劑和油漆，但是有機分子也就很容易就揮發(fā)，造成刺鼻的氣味。因此如何妥善處理這些物品，其實反而是重要的一點。將餐巾紙暫時放在里面，等做完模型之后再處理。   做完軍事模型噴漆后，一打開這個盒子，里面的氣味濃烈得很把里面的東西丟掉以后，把盒子打開半小時以上，讓它里面殘留的氣體也全部揮發(fā)掉。這樣就行了。簡單吧？

5，不要將油漆或溶劑放在臥室內(nèi)

因為油漆和溶劑的蓋子蓋得再緊，也會有揮發(fā)（要不然，長時間不用的油漆怎么會干掉呢？）。而這些揮發(fā)的氣體分子，可能就在你睡覺的時候偷偷地彌漫在空氣中。

其實解決辦法也很簡單，把這些油漆/溶劑用紙箱裝好，放到陽臺/洗手間等其它人不經(jīng)常去而且通風(fēng)良好的地方即可。用得時候再拿進(jìn)來就行了。

In fact, the solution is very simple. Pack these paints / solvents in cartons and put them in the balcony / bathroom where other people don't often go and have good ventilation. Just bring it in when you need it.

6，可以使用無毒的水性油漆

只是在軍事模型噴涂的效果上，水性油漆很難比得上油性油漆。
